Can`t login to my account as using colon in login field was prohibited

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:

My login name included “mailto:” in front of email address as thats how person who sent me invite link copied it.

Now I can`t access my tasks and account as I cant login anymore.

Steps to reproduce:

Just enter colon into login field.

Browser version:
Chrome 110.0.5481.105

Hi @Aurimas , welcome to the forum

Have you tried logging in without the mailto: in front of your email address?
And have you tried using the original invite link that they sent you to access your account?
If the above doesn’t work, best to contact support
