Can I have the same information in two different workspaces or two different projects?
A task can belong to several projects then yes you can have the same informations in two projects. Add the task to your first project and then you will have a + to associate the task to another project.

This is helpful. I also want to have a project show up in two workspaces. Is that possible?

Kothar is a great tool, created by a third party, that allows you to copy information across Organizations and Workspaces that you have access to.
It’s important to keep in mind that Kothar can only copy over your Projects so it will not be dynamic in the sense that a change made in one space will be reflected in the second space.
