Hi y’all - I’m trying to have a 3rd party vendor email me photos for a specific project. I’m hoping there’s a way to do this without Zapier - I’ve already set it up and have it working internally (when I email from my own email) but it doesn’t work with 3rd parties.

I’m afraid that won’t work unless the “from” email address is a user in your Asana org/workspace.
A workaround could be for a third party to send email to a user’s email address and that user manually or with an email rule forwards on to the Asana project email address.

As an alternative, instead of the email requesting “3rd party vendor email me photos for a specific project,” how about having them send photos via Forms?
Yeah that’s what I’m doing now - let’s see if that will work well
