Calculated due date

Hi Forum,
I’ve set up a custom field for task Open Date. Is there a way to auto-populate the due date based on the task priority considering the Open Date?
e.g., if task priority is High, set the Due Date for 2 Days after the Open Date.
or if task priority is Low, set the Due Date for 2 weeks after the Open Date.

This is not possible natively in Asana.

With some effort, you could accomplish this with a third-party connector app such as make.com or zapier.com.

Hi @Zette , You cannot do this natively in Asana… well at least not completely. You can create a date field called ‘Audit date’ and a number field called ‘Number of days’ and then put them in a formula field as per below: [image] That will not affect the due date field, it will simply create a ‘Due date function’ formula field which will display your result. To automatically map this result to Asana’s native due date field, you will need a 3rd party app such zapier.com make.com or Flowsana…
