Hi there, someone on my team left, which means I have to transfer all his tasks to the person who replaced him. I can’t figure out how to do it. What I’m doing is clicking on the old person’s avatar to pull up his tasks. Then I’m right-clicking on all the tasks that are pulled up, but there’s no option to re-assign it to someone else.
HELP!
When you’re viewing a list of Teammember’s Tasks, you can click on the first task visible, and shift-click on the last…this will select them all. The black task editing bar should pop up…
Click on the 3 dots, to…
Pop up an additional editing menu. Just click Assign and you can make the changes.
