I have any tasks in Project 1. How can i create for avery tasks subtasks and add this subtasks to another project ( expample Project 2)?
I should to do this via bulk edit, cause i have more 1k tasks
You can create a rule that adds a subtask, and pre-multi home that subtask in the rule. For the trigger, it is up to you, for example it could be a drop down custom field called “Trigger” changed to “create subtasks” and you change the field on your tasks, 50 at a time
