I downgraded to free version. Now I cannot access 2 projects that had premium features enabled by a previous employee. When I downgraded, I didn’t think it was an issue because we didn’t use those features, but someone on the team did! These projects are locked behind the paid firewall. I would have disabled those settings before downgrading if I had known they were used. Also, I believe there may have been other projects that did have premium features, but those were disabled upon downgrading and we could still access our work. My goal is to gain access to these two projects - and disable any feature that is creating the upgrade request.
