I would like to assign tasks to certain colleagues every Friday. Is it possible to do this automatically, so that the task comes from the asana?
A good example is a reminder to update goals sent by an asana in the form of a task “It’s time to update your goal(s)”
Please tell me how this can be implemented.

Welcome to the forum!
You can create recurring tasks from the due date field. This will create a new copy of the task after it has been complete. There are several options you can choose from, the default being the weekly repeat you’ve requested.
