I have been browsing the forum, and it seems like you can auto-assign an Assignee based on a response in a form?
We are a business account, but I can’t seem to figure out how to do this. Any specific instructions?

If you’re on Business, you can create a custom rule for each value in the dropdown list, where the trigger is the custom field value and the action is to assign it to the appropriate user.
