Asana's Platform Personal Project Migration - How do I migrate messages?

I was notified that Asana is phasing out it’s “Personal Projects” spaces. I’ve got nine different projects created in this space and I’ve been using it for YEARS, primarily to take notes on hundreds of calls and conversations I’ve had in the “Messages” space in each of the nine different projects.

I understand that my use case is unique but I need advice on how to migrate the hundreds of messages I’ve stored in these various “Personal Projects” to another platform. All instructions I’ve seen on migration do not include messages in the JSON/CSV downloads.

I’ve since moved on to Notion but absolutely cannot lose all of this information. To go through and print/save every single note I’ve taken in the messages area would take days.

I appreciate all help and advice!

Welcome, @Lee27,

I’m sorry, but I’m afraid I don’t know of any way to do this other than manually by printing each message individually to PDF. If a message has a comment thread it will include it, but there’s no way I know of to capture more than one message at a time.

I hope someone else can prove me wrong for your sake!

Thanks,

Larry

I’ll add this as a request to our dev team, but apart from that there’s nothing else that comes to mind.
