🩺 Asana Workflow Wednesday - free webinar - 2024-10-02

:date: Wednesday 2nd of October - 16:00h CET (5 minutes to settle in, kicking off at 5 past sharp)

Moving to a new tool and pressing the right buttons isn’t going to deliver better outcomes, just as buying a dishwasher won’t ensure your kitchen will be clean.

This is why process improvement and Asana implementation need to go hand in hand.

In this webinar I will take your use-case(s), and build a solution from scratch. And I’ll share my train of thought while doing it.

Will you be joining?

What a tremendous opportunity for teams! Thanks for lending your expertise, @Jan-Rienk.

For our American friends who suck at time conversions (like me ), this is at 7 am PT / 10am ET.

Thanks @Stephen_Li!

I’m hoping that when you click the webinar link it will show the time in your timezone.

Also, I’ve changed the title as I was informed “doctoring” might have primarily negative associations with it. (It was my alternative to Workflow Doctor, as there appears to be a company with that name. But that explains why my search for Workflow Doctoring came up empty, which I then thought was a good sign.)

This was fun! I think we’ll do this again.

If you’re curious, here is the recording.

We covered:

  • Assigning tasks based on form input
  • Same form to different projects
  • Switching a department from email to Asana
  • Navigating through tasks/subtasks
