Asana task completed not showing as completed only in details window.

Hi All,

Is anyone else having trouble when i click a task as completed it does not change it to a green tick, but in the details window it shows as completed.

but if i tick a task as completed and refresh the page it does put a green tick as completed.

Whats odd it works on some of the tasks but when i scroll further down the list it does not seem to work, as if its not refreshing the change.

Hi @Heidi_Koechel1 ,

Are you using a browser for Asana? If yes, could you try clearing your browser’s cache. Make sure to relaunch the browser before opening Asana again, and give it a shot.

Yes i am using a browser Edge, i also just cleared the cache, i am sure i already tried that but did it again.

I clicked a task to complete it, the little unicron went acoss the screen as showing completed but still no ticked green as completed.

I know others who are working on the same tasks are having the same issues.

As you can see it is completed in the details window but not in the list window.
