Hi! I’ve just connected Asana with Slack so I can send messages to a dedicated Slack channel whenever I create a task in Asana and assign it to a specific person. Everything works correctly: I was also able to add a customized message and display dynamic data in it, such as the assignee or a link to the task.
However, in addition to my message, a large section with task details also appears in Slack, showing (again) the assignee, task name and a long description. I’d like to get rid of that and limit the message to only the information I set in Asana, namely: my custom message and the task link. I assign many tasks daily and these messages are literally flooding the channel. A shorter format would work much better.
Is this possible? Thanks in advance!
