Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
In the middle of adding a comment to a ticket (using the Desktop app for Mac), Asana refreshed and changed the window focus from the comment box to the ticket title. This has happened a few times recently.
These are browser-based troubleshooting/compatibility steps. I’m using the desktop app, so I don’t think there are any browser extension issues. I also have full connectivity.
Thanks for following up, @Chris_Walker1! We haven’t received any other reports of this as of yet. Could you please try re-installing the app and let me know if the issue persists?
I’ve reinstalled the app. I’ll let you know if it happens again.
The tough part about this is that it appears to happen when the app refreshes itself, so I don’t think that’s something I can trigger/reproduce on my own. But I’ll keep an eye out and let you know…
