Anyone else having trouble using the Asana plugin for Gmail? It used to work but now I cannot create a task, it just keeps asking me to log in again and then sends me to an error page after i log in.

FYI, I did fix my login issue. Here’s what I did: Removed the Add-on Chrome, as default browser, incognito Third-party cookies allowed Added via the + icon on the right-side menu Authorized all the checkboxes Went through several authorization screens At that point, it still said “Log in” so I went through it a second time, and it still said that so I refreshed the page and it showed as logged in. What I actually think fixed it was when I initially added the Add-on, I unchecked the Gmail authorization (because I didn’t need it for Gmail), and I guess that breaks the whole flow somehow.

Still having this issue. Tried uninstalling the plugin from our Google workspace and re-installing it, still getting this error message when I try to sign into Asana through the plugin sidebar in Gmail: Error: Error retrieving token: invalid_grant, The code provided has been previously deactivated., Build an app with Asana (line 606, file “Service”)

Thanks, didn’t help resolve my issue though.

Was there any resolution to this? I have been trying to install the Asana plugin to my Google email account from the Google Workspace Marketplace for the past 2 months and I get the screen below Bad Request Error 400 [image]

This thread looks a couple of months old, but since it’s still open and I’m experiencing issues, I hope someone will be able to assist here. For a few weeks now, I have been consistently getting an error using the plugin that it was unable to add the attachments to my email. Now I just started receiving errors that the email itself cannot attach either - so I end up creating a task that has no content. It just has a link to my email, which is not useful to other collaborators in Asana. Any fixes to this? I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, and looked for any other updates but found none. Thanks!

I came here for the same question and can’t find any other thread to suggest a fix. I’m stuck in a loop between it asking me to log in, and then after I click allow permissions it tells me ‘Authorization is required to perform that action.” Then it goes back to the login screen.

I have this same issue. Did you find a solution? This is the first time I’ve added the App and have never logged into it before.
