Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: During selection of vendor an Asana needs to be reloaded pop up appears.
Steps to reproduce: Attempt to add a vendor to a work order (task) and pop up will appear

Looking at the recording, I see the task is deleted. For this reason you are receiving the error as it’s not possible to make changes on deleted tasks. In order to solve this issue, please simply undelete the task and then you’ll be able to update the Custom Fields.

Thank you Emily - I was able to replicate this issue on the deleted task and get the same pop-up as my team member. I’ll share your advice and see if that fixes it. If we get a pop-up on a non-deleted task, I told the team to record it and we’ll share it with you.
