We use one ID for all projects to easily search but after applying the ID to new projects IDs are not loading. Is this a bug or issue others are seeing? and is there anything we can do to fix it?

Since I haven’t heard of other reports recently, I think your best bet is:
Try these troubleshooting steps, then please create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.
Let Support know the URL of a task or two where it failed, and one where it worked, perhaps.
