Asana Forms affected by Description Field update?

We use an Asana Form for our clients to fill out, but when the task is created, all the text in the description comes in single spaced, with no spacing between questions. Has anyone else run into this issue since the Description field was updated?

The other issue I’m seeing is with all templates we had set up before the update – all the spacing has been removed from those description fields, too.

I probably can’t share a screenshot, for consideration of of our client, but it does look like the issue has been fixed. Our templates and tasks generated by form look back to normal – the spaces have returned!
