Asana form - insert document link in form template

Is there a way to include a document link in the Asana form template? The use case is - every time a user completes/submit the form, I would like them to use the link to access the Google doc.

You can customize the thank you message at the end and include a link, would that work? It might not be a Premium feature though.

Thanks Bastien. I created a field in the form and included the link in the field description. We’ll see how it works
