Client is getting the following error when trying to log in to Asana using the “Asana for Salesforce” app.
“You don’t have access - To use this app, you must be logged in to the My Workspace workspace in Asana using your company email.”
The client is logging in with the correct email but the error persists. The issue is isolated just to this particular individual. Any suggestions on the next approach to try?
