I currently upload my customer emails in Gmail into asana as tasks. However, we typically have a lot of back and forth in our emails to continue our conversations after the task is generated. Right now it looks like it only allows us to upload one email per task generation. So I can be sure the whole conversation history is recorded in Asana, I would love it so that replies are then added as comments in that existing task. Is there a way to achieve this?
In my case what I do is extract the important part of the email and paste it into the task. Otherwise, it becomes a lot of work for someone to go through the discussion in Asana.
