When I am pasting a bulleted list into the description section of a task the system crashes and asks me to reload the site and my work is lost.

Have you checked the troubleshooting steps already?
A lot of times this does the trick.
In case this does not help I recommend reaching out to Asana support and they can look into this further. When you email them it would be great if you can attach a video of the problem as well.
Yes unfortunately I have already tried Asana’s trouble shooting steps and it hasn’t made a difference. I filled out an Asana support form but didn’t get personal help, so I will email the support team. thank you.
Yeah in this case Asana support should be able to help.
