We want to back-up all our Asana projects on a daily basis. What’s the recommended way to do this? Does Asana have a native capability or would we need to use a 3rd party app like Fluent Pro?

Asana does not have this as a native feature or as an upgrade, but there’s an amazing third-party app that does this very simply.
It’s very inexpensive, takes about 5 minutes to set up, and works like an absolute charm.
My team uses the Pro plan. And, the price is per backup account, not per Asana user. So, $47 per month for account backup seemed really affordable for us.
I have no affiliation with ProBackup. I’m just a happy customer and highly recommend the tool.
One thing to know – if a team member deletes a project, Asana still let’s you restore it via the emailed link.
If you restore with ProBackup, it creates a new project with all your data (tasks, subtasks, custom fields, comments). So, just remember it restores the data in the form of a new project, rather than the original project. But, it is exactly what my team and I needed.
