When using the Asana App, I’m trying to switch it from private to public. are we unable to do this on through the app?
It’s annoying to have to go back onto my laptop and make it public for my staff to see my progress with tasks.

Are you referring to a task being public or private? Or a project?

Sounds like you’re referring to project notifications @jessika_baker; and if so you’re correct, it is not possible to modify them via our mobile app just yet! Moving your post to the #mobile:androidios-feedback category to allow you and the rest of the community to support this feature request by voting on it!
Has this been updated? It’s now 2025… And I’m still having the same problem on an iPhone. I want to make my task public, but I’m unable to do so on my phone. Nor can I set it as the default option, which means I have to do it on my laptop every time for each task.
