Asana Add-in for Outlook 2016 not loading

Hello all my organization is using Office 2016 on an enterprise licensing schema. For reference, I have updated our clients to run Outlook 2302 .From my personal testing I have verified I am logged in to Asana on the web browser, attempted to repair office app, cleared cache and cookies, repaired the MS EdgeView2 Runtime program as suggested by another thread. Has anyone encountered this issue my users didn’t have this issue until last week and our Office admin tends to be cautious before updating our office version. Any recommendation or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
