Did you mean the link “Show archived projects” (or similar) that would appear within a team in the left sidebar if that team had any projects you had archived in it?
The left sidebar was recently redesigned. Archived projects now are able to be seen only with each team’s Team page. Click on a team in the sidebar to open its Team page. To the right of the Projects header, you can view Archived projects like this:
