App freezes on "Fetching quick report"

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: Asana Android app hangs when I hit search > recently completed tasks (under Shortcuts section within search). There’s a spinning circle and the text “Fetching quick report” and the app becomes unresponsive and needs to be restarted to work again.

Steps to reproduce: on Android app, click the Search tab on the bottom. Then click Recently completed tasks.

Browser version: Android app

What version of Asana are you using (Basic/Premium/Business/Enterprise)? premium

Hi @Ruth_Wong , thanks for flagging this and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Can you please confirm if the issue still persist after uninstalling the app in your device, clearing cookies and cache and reinstalling it back?

Can you please confirm the device you’re using to login to the Asana app?

If the issue still persist please let me know and I’d be happy to escalate this further.
