android create task not working properly

If i try to create a task from my android asana app the create button clicks but nothing happens.

At the same time, setting the owner is not working. if i change selecting any user nothing happens.

to reproduce:

  • open app, click on the “add a task” (the +)
  • write title and description
  • try to select a user (nothing happens)
  • click “create”
  • nothing happens

@Stefano_Tranquillini, I’m not having this problem on Android and haven’t heard other reports, so I recommend you try clearing the cache or uninstalling/reinstalling Asana, or Try these troubleshooting steps, then please create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.
