I work for a summer camp, and we are hoping to use Asana for better communication between task assignment and maintenance schedules. We are looking for a way to incorporate public work requests into this system. Just like a common email people could submit to or some sort of submission process to help customers better communicate when something isn’t working the way it should. Is there anything like this already incorporated in a certain template? Or any other solutions would be appreciated.
With a paid plan, in Asana you can easily create a public-facing form that, when submitted, will create a task in a the project you make the form for. I think this is the Asana feature that can help you.
