My team would like to use Milestones to signify the date of an event with a start and end time. Right now we are using tasks since that is the only option that allows us to put in a start date/end date and start time/end time of an event. We have an event calendar project synced to a shared outlook calendar, so start and end time are crucial.

It’s REALLY annoying that this feature doesn’t exist. It seems like the code is written as it’s already there for normal tasks, so this would be an easy win. No I don’t want to implement work arounds of adding another task for the same milestone that’s the start date and then linking them, I want to be able to add a start date like on any other task. Please please can you implement this ASAP.
I actually didn’t realise this was missing so now I feel like I need to go and revise the way I’m managing my projects, potentially by adding a custom tag category for milestone or similar, which just seems silly when there is a native milestone functionality - but it doesn’t do what I need!
