Allow other domains to use the Request Tracking email feature

Currently, the request tracking feature requires the request form to be locked to the organization’s domain. While I understand this from a security and spam perspective, it makes this feature virtually useless for the way we use asana with our clients. We only work with one other organization in this capacity, but we can’t add their domain to our organization as it would make it impossible for them to create their own instance of asana if they wanted to later on.

It would be great if you could add additional “safe” domains that could be allowed to fill out the form, so we could add our client’s domain and allow them to use the feature. Internally, we are all already trained on Asana and don’t use the request forms anyway. This would allow the same amount of security but give us the ability to follow-up with clients without having to add them to Asana as guests (which without fail causes confusion and additional steps for our project management team).

Are you sure it doesn’t work with other domains, but they need to be guests in your space first?

Guests will work but @Nick_Leggiero said

I think this feedback request is for the extension to the feature that a lot of us were hoping for in the initial release: that it would work with email domains other than the organization’s domain, so that it could be used with form submissions from an organization’s clients/customers/prospects.

See, that’s me answering too fast because I am excited about being able to help

Sorry. I agree with @Nick_Leggiero , I still believe this feature makes very little sense without this use case being covered…
