AI teammate: Unable to add custom fields from my business’s library to a project

I am currently developing an AI teammate that is designed to duplicate an existing project and tailor it to an individual’s specific requirements. During the development and testing phase, I have encountered a significant limitation — the AI teammate does not appear to have the ability to add custom fields to the duplicated project.

This is restrictive for my use case, as the project I am duplicating contains several custom fields that are stored within my organisation’s field library. Without the ability to carry these fields across, the AI teammate cannot fully replicate the project structure as intended, which limits its overall effectiveness.

Is this a known limitation of AI teammates? if so, I think this would be a valuable feature to add as it would let teammates handle more advanced tasks when it comes to curating projects.

Would certainly be beneficial if the AI agent could support this as it will remove the need for a Line Manager to access multiple (in excess of 50 projects) to re-add the same custom fields.

@Ian_Jenkins1 If you have Enterprise you can use bundles for that

Thanks for the suggestion Jan, we'll test the theory and see if it works. Will require a little more effort to initially create the bundle but if the bundle can then be duplicated via the AI agent (including the custom fields) and data cleansed from within some of the fields, it may be a solution.. We'll keep you posted.

@Ian_Jenkins1 duplication is not how bundles work. The idea is that you synchronise all fields/rules/task templates/sections across a set of projects.
