It would be very helpful if we could build an agenda much like we do a project progress whereby we can quickly pull in overdue tasks, up next tasks and more.
- Create a new agenda based off the Agenda project template
- Within the agenda project details, select the dropdown to select the project(s) that this agenda will be built from (plural as a team for a client may have several projects to report on)
- Your project(s) details will show on the right (as they do with project progress) so you can drag tasks into your agenda for discussion.
Now I can quickly build an agenda without going into each task and adding to the agenda project.
