How can I administer the whole org vs the division? My permissions are currently set as admin of the division but need to get be the admin for the whole organization. How do I see who is the current org admin to request that permission?
@Julien_RENAUD I believe that’s not possible, isn’t it? A free org doesn’t have an Admin Console… cc @Arthur_BEGOU

Exact, a paid division lives inside a free organization, and a free organization doesn’t have admin console.
The org has a console when there are no divisions.

How can I set up another division in that free org with a separate billing and different teams?
@MarkD_KLove, you’ll need to contact Asana support to get a division set up; it’s not something that a user can do on their own.
You can also email Julien or myself (bastien@iDO-clarity.com or DM on the forum), as a partner we can help with setting up a division and the licenses going with it

I ran into this recently with a client. It should be possible to see who the Asana Billing Admin is, which you can do in an org but for some reason that is blocked for orgs that have a Divison, sadly (I believe).
