Create a Division on initial purchase of Asana

I am unable to create a division under my organization domain due to my previous details on using a trial version. How do I solve this?

A couple quick checks:
Make sure you’re in your Organization for your company email, not a personal workspace. Click your avatar > Switch to and select the org with your company domain.
Confirm you’re an Admin in that org. Only admins can create and manage Divisions.

If your domain is still linked to a previous trial, our team will need to clear that on the backend and connect your purchase to a Division. The easiest path is to contact Support and include your company domain and the email used for purchase:

Go to https://help.asana.com/
Click the chat icon in the bottom right
Acknowledge the Privacy Statement
Type “speak to an agent” and share the details above

They can help remove any trial artifacts and get your Division set up. If you run into any issues after that, feel free to follow up and I can point you to the next step. Hopefully that helps! :blush:
