@Lisa_Hinson - if I’m not mistaken, when she’s setting up her account, there will be a series of questions. One of them is asking whether she wants to join her team or create a new one. Have her join your team. However, if she’s unable to go back, does it give her an option to choose a free trial? If so, select that, get into the account, and then just ignore the free trial and work from the same team as the other members.
FYI: I’m not super confident about the guidance I gave here, because there’s no way for me to replicate it. You might consider reaching out to support.
