I’m new to Asana and I can’t figure out the difference between Task and Section. Would anyone be able to show an example of the difference between these two?

Welcome to Asana 
The yellow highlighted part is a section, the other two lines are tasks.
Sections just break up sets of tasks.
You can’t complete them from the task list view.
You can also make a section very simply by adding a colon ‘:’ to the end of a task in any list. In this clipping you can see I just made ‘47334’ into a section by adding ‘:’
