Add Task button not working

Hi, all -

In the My Tasks view, my Add Task button (the main blue one in the top left corner) is not working. In either Chrome or Safari on Mac, when I click the button, nothing happens.

I am able to create tasks using the “plus” button by the search box, but that interface doesn’t allow for creating a task with a due date, so I really need the main button to work.

Can someone please advise? Thanks!

Can you confirm if this is also happening when you log into your account from an incognito/private window?

Yes, private windows have the same issue…

Could you please forward a screencast to our support team so we can take a closer a look into this for you?

In your video screencast, we recommend that you use a Chrome Incognito window and have your Javascript console open:

Try to include the entire browser window, including URL bar, in the video screencast.

Wait, sorry, I’m unclear how to open the javascript console. Do I want the Console tab, or Sources?

I’m having the same issue. You can’t click the add task button at the top. I found that if I have clicked on one of my tasks and it is open on the right hand of the screen then I can click on the add task button and it will let me add a task.

This is happening to me and several of my coworkers, too. Please help!
