We’ve encountered some situations where having the ability to email stuff like PDFs and images directly into a specific task would be exceptionally helpful.
In my situation, I use a database to produce documentation (PDFs), and the database software is capable of emailing these PDFs as soon as they are created. All I’d need to do is paste the email address related to that particular task into a database field before I ran the email script.
In my situation, this would serve to reduce time manually copying/dragging these PDFs to upload them to a task, and also reduce the chance of human error because I’m only moving about half of the PDFs that get created. It’s easy to accidentally copy over the wrong PDFs or miss one.
