I consistently have pages and pages of active projects. Now most of them are hidden by default in the Project Overview, and I have to click “Show More” about 10 times to display them all. And I have to do it every single time I work on something and go back to the project list. THIS IS A BIG TIME WASTER.
PLEEEEEEEASE give us the option the show ALL of our projects at once. (It’d be really nice to be able to sort projects too!)
An alternative would be a saved search of projects (@Stephanie_Oberg, that’s possible), say by Owner (advanced search with no parameters supplied, then click on Projects tab, then sort and save and name):
What part of the Asana UI are talking about? You mention “Project Overview” but as documented at Project Overview • Asana Product Guide, that feature doesn’t actually list projects.
Did you mean the left sidebar?
No, I mean the Overview tab that shows projects within a Team.
That would be really useful IF you could sort by project name…but of course you can’t. I swear to God, it’s like Asana designs things without ever testing their product from the actual user’s point of view.
“Should we let them sort projects alphabetically?”
“Nah, I’m certain our users would rather have unicorns fly across the screen.”
