after someone remove attachment from task info in feed about adding file is disappear. So after remove file no one know about it.
i need to know about someone is changing file for another without notice.
The is some kind of bug or someone forgot to implement ?
please help me.

Not sure…this might help to understand the situation: Is there a "truthful" audit trail?
It helped a little. But there is no answer why information about add file is missing after delete it.
Will they add later or is a bug not feature 
?
Is very important to know about files in task, and who delete them, and when.
You can’t really rely on the audit trail, because even if it was written, the author can delete audit elements…
Is this still true?
The author can’t remove stories from the audit trail indeed, this was released fairly recently
