How would I recover my deactivated account? Due to a bug that duplicated my account I deactivated one and have now lost access to my account. No reply to my support request either… Please help! Thanks

Your only chance is the support indeed. They sometimes take a long time to answer, especially if you are on a free account.

Hi @FinCamThor , just checking in here to see if you were able to recover your account? If not, I’d recommend following @Bastien_Siebman suggestion and reach out to our support team following these steps: https://forum.asana.com/t/how-do-i-contact-support/19057/7?u=marie Keep us posted!

Hi Marie  The link is no longer working, any other tips? I am having the same issue as @Bastien_Siebman
