I deleted a team by mistake yesterday before I had moved an essential project from it.
The email confirmation with recovery link arrived, but the link doesn’t work (I tried all the troubleshooting options that the chatbot suggested). Please see screenshot:
I created a help ticket — Case 08758775 — yesterday, but I haven’t heard anything. There is a tremendous amount of work in the HR / Personnel Team that I deleted and it’s not all in one place where I can recover it and rebuild. Please help!
And I’m sorry, but in the help ticket I opened, I called the Team HR and Personnel. That’s wrong. It is HR / Personnel (both the team and the one project in it).
