Accidental deactivated my account how?

Hello,

I urgently need assistance—I accidentally deactivated my entire account while trying to remove a workspace. Please help.

I raised a ticket already but I did not get any feedback even after 3 days!

Welcome, @Don11, and sorry to hear that.

It can take a few days sometimes, but you’ve done the right thing.

Make sure not to reply to your support email thread until after you hear back from Support, otherwise you might be moved back to the end of the queue.

@Forum-team, is there any chance you might be able to expedite?

Thank you, @lpb, and welcome to our Community Forum, @Don11. Sorry for the trouble, our Support team is currently handling a higher than usual volume of tickets.

As Larry mentioned, our Support team processes requests from older to newer to ensure timely responses. If you follow up on your original request before they respond, your ticket may move to the bottom of the queue as a newer request. I’ve internally asked our Support team to prioritize your case, and you should hear back from them soon!
