Accidental account deactivation

I have unfortunately deactivated my account by accident. I would like to get it back (including private tasks).

Can someone kindly assist me?

Hi @Robin_M_Welbers - not to worry at all. This is easy to fix. You have two options:

  1. Anybody with admin access can go to the Admin Console (under the Profile button at the top right, if they are an admin) and… (i) change the filter to “All”, (ii) find your name and click the three dots at the right, and (iii) click “Restore”

OR

  1. You can email support@asana.com and give them the email address of the user you’d like to restore (and it helps if you CC the company admin) and ask them to restore your account.
