Accessibility Issue: Hyperlinks in Comments

I don’t see a way to make text in task comments into hyperlinks (like you can in the task description). I think we can only embed a link, which inserts the full hyperlink. This is an accessibility issue, so I hope Asana developers can make this a feature.

I found one workaround: Crate the link text with the hyperlink in the task description, and then cut and paste it into the comment.

@Stuart_Miller2 Welcome to the Asana community it’s great to have you here! :waving_hand:

Below is a screenshot of the “Description” section of a task which clearly shows the hyperlink icon as you mentioned it clearly shows a visible icon.

or you can also use the shortcut keys Ctrl + K by pressing them simultaneously

The same thing can be accomplished within comments section the layout just looks a little different. You can create hyperlinks by using the +Insert an object” icon or the “A” the “Formatting” icon or of course the handy dandy Ctrl + K shortcut!

Please let me know if I understood you correctly. Hopefully this information helps.
