Access to Asana Projects

I’M SO CONFUSED… we’ve been (for years!) using the Personal (free) version of Asana.

All of a sudden, I cannot access a lengthy PROJECT that I created.

I am being directed to upgrade.

Is there a phone number to support I can call for help with this issue?
