Ability to Sort someone else's My Tasks by Priority (or any Custom Field)

It is truly remarkable that almost two years after it was raised, this very basic issue has still not been addressed. It genuinely seems very elementary. It’s the #1 reason why our company decided to drop Asana in favor of Clickup. The “answers” provided thus far simply do not provide any substantive prospect or solution for the problem. How can a manager direct someone’s work without being able to view tasks and projects ranked by priority ?

Yes, we want the ability to sort and view using ANY custom field that is in our “library”.

Or just the option to view the person’s My Tasks as they have them set up.

Hi Asana experts! One of my managers would like to see her employee’s My Tasks list, including custom fields. The task list is shared, but she cannot see a very important Custom Field called “Bucket” on the tasks. I have had the employee add the custom field to the org library.
