Are there any plans to enhance the existing Portfolio → PPT export to include:
- Ability to customize milestones that display in Status slide to include custom fields
- currently default cannot be modified and only includes date, assignee
- ex: include ‘health’ instead
- Ability to adjust the summary content that displays above the milestones in the status slide
- currently reiterates the same default information that is located on the summary slide of all Projects in the Portfolio
- ex: would rather have more real estate for milestones or pull in additional custom field values
- Ability to remove link to project plan from summary slide
- Our executive audience does not have or need access to our detailed project plans
- Would like to remove so we don’t entice them
- Ability to sort milestone view
- currently the view goes by incomplete, due date and then if no date are in a random order it appears
- we’d like the milestones without dates to appear as they are in the plan in logical sequence - even if there isn’t a date present
