Portfolio level export should include at least milestones information since underlining projects milestones already show up on the milestone timeline. Adding to that, I think it may be more effective if all underlining project information, including custom fields data, to get exported alongside the portfolio data. This will save time and effort for data exporting of portfolios with large number of projects for quick reporting.
